Due to the nature of digital items, all sales are final. No refunds, no exchanges, no exceptions. Getting a new digital planner is exciting, but there is no rush! Relax, read, and recognize all info on all relevant site pages before you decide which Brookebot planner suits your needs. Refunds will not be issued under any circumstance.
If you have problems with an app, I am not responsible for the apps behavior. I only have control over my planners. Currently (as of May 4th 2018) all hyperlinks are working just fine in Notability, Noteshelf 2, and PDF Expert on iOS. I cannot vouch for any other app on any other day. This is the digital world — breaks, fixes, and updates happen all the time.
Hyperlinks are not currently working well in Goodnotes. I opened a line of contact with them shortly after the latest update of Goodnotes which is v4.12.13. The latest email response I’ve received from them was on April 24th 2018. I am not happy about that. Read more about this here: Goodnotes Warning (w/ Updates)
If you are unable to even open the practice file in your chosen app, then you will be unable to open your purchased planner. My planner files are password protected. As of right now (April 28th 2018), my planner files will not open at all in an iOS app called Microsoft OneNote. You’ll need to contact OneNote support to resolve this.
